Me: “Good lord, this crass attempt to co-opt feminism in order to sell candy sure is stupid.”

Yeah why aren’t M&Ms sexier these days? I can barely get a hardon looking at the bag anymore.

Read a history book lib. The entire reason for the Boston Tea Party was that damned King George removed the sexy lady from the packaging of the King’s Choice Tea brand in 1773.

Yeah I mean it really depends on where you live. That and I think especially with all the shortages of revent times automakers were mainly delivering the most popular, read bland, colors. Which I mean it’s fine, I drive a black on black on black car lol.  And at the end of the day dealers are going to get cars in

This right here. IMHO, the lack of any colour is inherent to two problems.

How about colors in general?! There are so many makes and models where you can’t even GET color anymore. It’s just swatches of greys, blacks, and whites on a lot of car customizers, MAYBE an army green or a dark maroon if you are lucky, but come on! Give me reds and blues and greens and oranges of many shades! And

It’s interesting that with the presentation of their new concept at CES they also announced they would be restyling the entire lineup over the next few years. After doubling down in interviews on their recent controversial designs, maybe this is BMW tacitly admitting that they overdid it?

Shouldn’t BMW be trying to give people a reason to consider their awful looking cars?

I hope they succeed.

My first car was a 1985 Ford Ranger V6 4x4 I inherited from my Dad. You had to manually lock the front wheels (like, turn the knob on the actual wheel hubs) to engage four wheel drive, but there was nothing in the car that told you the hubs weren’t locked even if you shifted into 4wd.

It’s our duty as educated consumers to not buy this crap and show them it’s not ok, so, of course, we’re doomed.

I was going to point out that they aren’t all that ridiculous if you consider the increase in size of the average American over the past half century or so. Your point is also something I thought of. A combination of the two makes even more sense.

“... allegedly helmed a telemarketing scheme that defrauded thousands of dollars from elderly people.”

Scamming elderly people? She’s a real piece of shit.

This shouldn’t surprise you at all. I’d say about 1/4 people actually pay any attention to politics or vote based off more than what their family votes for. There is a reason it is so easy for con artists to win elections. I know many people that have no clue about anything outside of what they hear at church on

Same. Conservatives don’t actually send representatives to DC to legislate or govern. They send them there to sit on their thumbs and block anything meaningful from passing. Everyday conservative people, if they even hear about this, are just going to process it as conservatives stopping the Extremist Socialist Left

“If this remains the face of the GOP in 2024, we will get pummeled in the presidential and congressional elections,””

Great!  Agreed; keep it up.

“A vet could bring that back to life” has provided me with a needed chuckle today. Y’all eat your raw cow, baby cows, pigs and stuff. I feel badly that this kid can’t just focus on finding something that makes him happy rather than chasing fame like my cat chases his own tail. Incredibly depressing. I just hope little

People wash chicken?

I remember reading that traffic circles have two phases.
