I agree. It's just so elegant. It might be the best looking show on television right now.

I'm hanging out at home tonight. I netflixed the old Annette Funnicello Babes in Toyland. I haven't seen it in about 15 years or so. As soon as it started I remembered how I felt watching it as a kid, wishing I could live in a town like Toyland. The adult me thinks it looks cheap and flimsy, even by the standards back

It really is stunning, visually. The subject matter is creepy though. Do you find the actor playing Hannibal to be supremely creepy? If you were to show me a lineup of faces and ask me to pick out the psycho, I would pick him every time.

Does he have chronic diarrhea? Mister Smee does. He may be allergic to the food you are giving him? The more crap they put in these foods, the more cats have problems...

He's a cute little monster. My rescue kitty, Mister Smee, is stalking around my room, trying to bounce on my older cat. They've been at it for months. They can sleep in the bed together, but if they are awake, it's war.

As a cancer survivor, I take this shit personally. Anyone who pulls cancer scams should be forced to undergo chemo as punishment. This woman is an evil bitch.

I posted a couple of weeks ago about having a really hard time with hot flashes. I went and saw my oncologist this week and we talked about it and decided to increase my prozac dose to one in the morning and one at night. I feel so much better! I have never really been into taking medicine, especially something like

I hope you get it figured out soon. Good luck!

Jason Bateman. I find him irresistible but don't know why.

I love Granero too. Wish we still had him. Ozil was great today.

The Ramos! I purr his name during matches. I'm a hardcore Madridista, I have the flag on my wall, but I definitely go all goofy for the Ramos. I have a thing for Ozil too.

Ever since I saw him in North & South, I have had it for him. Good choice!

I used to have an extreme fear of flights until I moved to Alaska and started flying monthly. (And on tiny planes at that). I still get anxious about every flight but after I white-knuckle the take-off, I just do su-doku puzzles until it puts me in a trance-like state. Seriously. I buy a book of the easy ones and just

Thanks. I bought those cooling wipes that Poise makes and use that at night sometimes. I hadn't thought of trying foot baths. I feel like my neck and head are the worst for me. Someone else mentioned cooling pillows.

The pillows actually work?

Is he a picky eater too? My friend's son is a problem eater. She gives him a kids' Ensure with his vitamins and meds mixed in. He actually enjoys them.

Well, I can't guarantee I have any taste at all, but I've been enjoying 14 Hands' Hot to Trot red blend lately. I also really like Fetzer wines. They make a good red blend and a good white blend (which I'm sipping now). I really like their Gewurztraminer. That's sweet though. I usually like it with spicy food.

How cheap do you want them?

It does! I've only had the one Three Olives makes, but Smirnoff makes one too. I was completely skeptical about it, but my friend kept inviting me out to "drink cake". I think I drank 6 or 30 of them that night. So yummy.

Anyone have any recommendations for dealing with hot flashes? I've been thrust into surgical menopause at the ripe old age of 33 and it's driving me crazy. I can't take HRT because my cancer is estrogen-based. I've been taking Prozac, 20mg in the morning. It keeps the flashes at bay during the day, but come nighttime,
