I actually prefer Kraft mac & cheese cold from the fridge. I like to make enough to last a couple days...I eat the first meal hot from the stove, then settle in for a couple days of yummy cold leftovers.

I like it both ways. Nice and hot is great, but leftovers from the fridge are a treat that I savor.

Steroids are actually the worst thing for a distance runner, who needs slow twitch muscles built for endurance, not fast twitch muscles built for power. Sprinters need fast twitch muscles, and that is what steroids help build. Ever notice the complete difference in build between sprinters and distance runners?

I discovered Ozomatli thanks to this one.

Bah, my comment got truncated somehow...don't feel like repeating it.

See my reply to JediMasta. Long story short, the moon is WAY more massive than one billion tons.

The moon's mass is .01% of the Earth's. That is significant enough to affect the Earth on a global level. One billion tons is only .0000000000001% of the Earth's mass.

A billion tons would have no significant gravitational effect on Earth no matter how close it passed by. The Earth's mass is about 6.6 sextillion tons. A billion tons would be nothing compared to that. Mount Everest would exert more gravitational pull from 300 miles away than a billion ton cometary mass passing

I've had my 3GS since December 2009. I'm very excited about getting the 4S this Christmas. It's going to be a huge upgrade for me.

I'm with you. As much as I loved Nirvana, they were vastly overrated. Foo Fighters is my favorite between the two, hands down.

Britain didn't win the War of 1812. Neither side surrendered. They negotiated a formal peace treaty and packed it in after both sides got tired of fighting. Yes, Canada repulsed an invasion and British troops burned down the White House, but the defining battle came after the Treaty of Ghent...the Battle of New

The Maginot Line would have worked just fine had the Germans simply been nice enough to launch a frontal assault on the French border with Germany. Instead, Germany invaded through Belgium and bypassed all that nastiness.

This may prove helpful. I remember learning all about it in astronomy class as a college freshman 18 years ago...

This looks promising. I got the old Sony Glasstron back in 2000 or so, and paid $500 for it, and that sucker was kind of disappointing. I'm guessing this will be a vast improvement. Maybe I'll get one for my birthday next April.

No, Jada Pinkett Smith was always going to play Niobe. Aaliyah was going to play Zee, the wife of Link, and had already filmed some scenes at the time of her death. Nona Gaye was cast to replace her and they had to reshoot those scenes that Aaliyah had already done.

California is only protected from hurricanes because of the cold water off the coast. Pacific hurricanes could easily make it up the California coast were it not for the California current flowing south from Alaska. Hurricanes can move in a northeasterly direction, although the winds that make that happen also tend

The only version of Perry White I can recall being a southern Elvis fan was the Lois & Clark version played by Lane Smith. They had him exclaiming, "Great shades of Elvis!" instead of the classic, "Great Caesar's ghost!"

Liam Neeson is Irish.

Well, what you're thinking of is called a chthonian planet, in which a gas giant's atmosphere has been stripped away by its close proximity to its star, leaving behind the rocky core. But such rocky cores cannot approach the mass of Jupiter itself. No, for it to register as massive as Jupiter, it must still be a gas
