Better idea: Fuck off to someplace you enjoy since you can’t handle your favorite public twat being subject to actual criticism for his shitlord publicity stunting

Little boy Giz commenters rush to post tasteless non-jokes like “pics or it didn’t happen” and “I’ll need to see those pictures for research purposes”, thus confirming every so-called stereotype about us nerds.

Republican policies built cages, and put babies in them, ergo baby cages.

He’s a new age Howard Hughes, only with half the brilliance and twice the asshole.

Can someone please explain the infatuation that the media has with this guy? Because every time I see Musk, he comes off like a charlatan more than anything else.

It actually just sounds a lot like the truth. Too bad it’s so inhuman it sounds inflammatory.

Unsworth isn’t a PR rep, a diplomat, a government official, or anything else that requires measured, professional responses. CNN asked him what he thought, and he told them. You don’t need “a chip on your shoulder” to say something was a stupid idea.

Since you think accusing someone of being a pedophile is on the same level as telling them to stick their publicity stunt device up their ass, you probably have no business raising kids.

Equally childish? Elon literally called the guy a pedophile...

I read a long tweet thread yesterday from a man who worked in rescue missions during earthquakes and other disasters, and he explained how detrimental people like Elon Musk are to rescue efforts. They come in with publicity and fame and slow things down for the real rescue workers. There is a chance that local

Equally as childish’?

Elon Musk has never helped someone move.

It doesn’t really matter except that he tried to help (I assume) in what he thought was the best manner he could.

Well, I guess now, F.D. Bryant III, there wasn’t a hell of a lot of time between the experienced cave diver who had a shot at this rescue, and wasting planning time to meet with Musk with an unproven “solution”.

Nah. Elon Musk inserted himself into a story that has real heros, like this diver. He absolutely deserved to be shamed so people see he’s not this uber-genius, but more like the Wizard of Oz.

Not that Elon’s response is any better and is arguably worse.

Sigh........for some reason it seems there are fewer and fewer adults around. There was no cause for the diver to publicly criticize the design of someone trying to help.

Everyone is ascribing to Musk that he was publicity seeking.......maybe he was, maybe he genuinely wanted to help......probably both. It doesn’t really matter except that he tried to help (I assume) he thought was the best manner he could.

Musk was not trying to help - he’s an egomaniac who saw an opportunity for free press.
