Obviously POV characters have died in prologues and epilogues, but I think the only major character that died in their POV chapter was Catelyn? Not sure if that's enough to discredit your theory though, considering Catelyn comes back and the prologue and epilogue characters aren't major and always die.

I think Bran's physical body could die. End up replacing Blood Raven in the cave, or maybe warging into Hodor or another host body after something happens to his. I agree on the other 3 making it to close to the end though.

Right, because the United States justice system is infallible. Just ask Casey Anthony or OJ Simpson. Not being prosecuted for something and not being guilty of something are not the same thing. And 'innocent until proven guilty' is a joke. Every prisoner who's had their conviction overturned was 'proven guilty.'
