Having had throttles stick on me, I'd have to disagree with you here. Under WOT the brake boosters in modern cars don't work, as they are operated by vacuum. that and I owned a golf cart with a snowmobile engine crudely tossed in it with stock brakes, it would over power the brakes no problem.
