Not that I disagree about the talk show content, but I think you're in a bit of a bubble if you think deadspin users boycotting shows are going to have a real impact. I highly doubt/hope most deadspinners don't watch most of this stuff anyway.

Been unofficially boycotting ESPN for years. Hockey is by far my favorite sport and most of their NFL games seems to be Cardinals vs Rams type snoozefests.

Go to the actual league's sites for the highlight and espn is useless. I've been doing this for two years and haven't missed them a bit. I used to just leave my tv on ESPN for days at a time, back when they showed highlights (like the MTV of sports).

Are there any non live sporting events that you watch on ESPN outside of maybe 30 for 30? I used to DVR PTI so I could watch it when I got home but I stopped giving a shit years ago.
