Okay this idea is fucking dumb. However a music/podcast/audiobook app that only plays while you are exercising actually seems like a good motivator. So just scrap the stupid Marvel voices thing, keep the fitness tracking stuff and ability to play other audio, and give an option that it only plays as you exercise.

I just poked around their privacy policy and they say they do not sell/share “personal information” with 3rd parties other than the stuff to keep the game running, more or less. There actually totally isn’t, compared to the number of situations where shooting someone is completely inappropriate. 

There’s a tiny number of acceptable reasons to shoot anyone, so while it’s not outside the realm of possibility it’s pretty unlikely that the prank went to that extreme.
