I really think there is some kind of middle ground that can be struck there. My thought is breaking stages into 3 horizontal sections.

Take-Two already took the action they needed to take, and they know pursuing it in court further would be a big waste of time and money because there’s no way they can actually prove any damages. They have nothing to gain from trying to drain funds from the Goat Sim developers over this.
