I'm on team “Don’t touch a person you don’t know”. He shouldn’t be hugging everyone by default!

Italians are Latin Europeans, but not Hispanic, as the two are not synonymous although many in the Union conflate them. The former term literally originates from the tribes that inhabited the Apennine peninsula where Rome was, while the latter refers to those descended from the Iberian, namely Spanish and Portuguese.
The description’s from Deadline, and I’d assume it comes in turn from people associated with the show. Even accepting that the show won’t be a direct adaptation of the Morrison series, it sounds like a much more conventional concept for an antagonist than the comic’s.
I personally know a preacherpimp who was dating a woman in his congregation and got her 20yo daughter pregnant. He ended up marrying the mother and said the baby was a “blessing from Gawd” due to the mother being unable to conceive.
Yup. This stuff happens all the time, especially in churches that are built and revolve around a single man (or man and his daddy in this case). My husband and I concluded that he probably acts this way in his own mega-church all the time and no one bats an eye because he’s the ‘Bishop’ and because of who his father…
When are we going to have the conversation about how predatory and perverted preachers are? Son is only apologizing because of the backlash, not because he felt as though he was personally out of line.
He played a badass mob killer with an automatic shotgun on Justified who definitely wasn’t not a psychopath.
Dollhouse was awesome and i’ll fight anyone who says different. It was great, even with the terrible CGI of the series finale. Loved the story they were trying to tell and it was so much more than “Eliza Dushku plays a cheerleader this week” type of show.
In addition to King Candy as already mentioned, do you really think Steve the Pirate from Dodgeball wasn’t a murdering psychopath? Now’s who’s being naive?
Oh my god, I forgot about King Candy! Oh, and he played Bruce Wayne’s extremely unpleasant little cousin, Theo! Yeah, does anyone have bicycle deck? Because this guy is a real card.
And let’s not forget King Candy! That guy tried to erase someone from existence and tried to convince people she didn’t exist.
Alan Tudyk AND Brendan Fraser?
When can we sure sue them for negligence with their “thoughts and prayers”? I’m going to need hard evidence that thoughts and prayers do a damn thing.
It’s not fair that anywhere you go in the US there’s a greater than the worldwide average chance of being shot to pieces by some mental midget with anger problems.
Unfortunately, you cannot answer that question without asking why this happens mostly in the USA.
That “law” you are refering to is called the Affordable Care Act, and it was “sabotaged/dumbed down” to such a degree that I doubt those provisions (being REQUIRED to have comprehensive insurance or pay a side-tax), in Florida, where actually implemented, and/or waived later on.
In short, I wonder if any Floridian can…
Yes, because we all know that health insurance pays for 100% of all medical fees. Deductibles and caps on payouts towards certain services don’t exist.
If you think that insurance is going to keep medical treatment from being financially crippling for an average American, you’re delusional or willfully ignorant at best.
When our country’s healthcare system can bankrupt a person for having a medical emergency, this is inevitable.
The dude was shot TWICE. I’m not going to say he’s right to take these people to court but it’s not like the true culprits(dead nerd, the NRA) are ever going to be taken to task for this tragedy.
