I am so FUCKING over this. Fucking take all the fucking guns and fucking burn them. My husband has hunting rifles. He doesn’t need them that bad. Fuck all this motherfucking bullshit. I have to take my damn Birkenstocks off at airport security, but fucking suspected terrorists can buy guns legally.

It was. Just reading the descriptions of the damage caused in the complaints... yeesh. I’ve never understood the popularity of these vehicles, it seems like there’s always some pretty serious unreliable safety issues going on with them.

It’s possible his car was one of those recently recalled because of a risk of them doing just this too. Apparently the gear selection is indicated by a set of lights not gear stick position and people can believe they’re in park when they’re not... 1.1 million Grand Cherokees were recalled in April. It’s not clear if

Yes, the only child thing really got to me. As another only, it’s always in the back of your head that your parents need you to be alive and safe - so much of their happiness and well-being is bound up in yours. I hope he didn’t have time to think about that.

I’m so sad about this. He had carved out such a great little niche for himself doing quirky, weird little films, and should have been doing that for years to come. So awful. He was an only child too, his poor parents must be so devastated right now. :(

We had a running joke at work where when somebody didn’t know how to access something or was a little lost and asked for help the others would freak out and start failing around saying in a Russian accent “I can do that! I can do that!”

the Star Trek fandom is really sad right now. People are blogging how they just know when “Dedicated to the memory of...” appears on the credits of Star Trek: Beyond they know they’ll lose it... :-(

Hoping like anything that he died instantly. Poor guy he was so lovable on screen and everything i’ve heard says he was a sweet guy in RL too.

YES! That is the only thing I really knew him from, Fright night, and he was so adorable and great. Ugh.

This both sucks and blows. He was in this movie with Chris Evans and Kristen Stewart that I just watched, and he was so young and adorable.

He really had a lot of talent, I’m so bummed we won’t get to see more from him. I thought he was great in the remake of Fright Night, and he was the best part of the terrible Terminator: Salvation. And I’ve been wanting to see Green Room, it’s supposed to be really good.

And the new Trek movie comes out in just a month. That’ll be a somber press tour for his colleagues.

I don’t even know how to process this. He was one of my favorite young actors.

27 was incidental here, I think. He didn’t have a habit, that I know of.

This is so horrible. I liked his performance as Chekov a lot. He was instantly likeable on screen. His poor family.

This makes me really sad. I had high hopes for that kid.

2016 is cancelled :/ nothing good has happened this year.

how he died sounds like such a weird freak accident.

Eh. She’s no Carrie Fisher. I would pay to watch a talk show hosted by Carrie and her dog.
