The 1st game had promise, the second AvP PC game was the shit. I still play it to this day. Some of the best controls and being able to play as all three races (alien, predator and marine.) with multiple classes and types in each for multiplayer..God I miss the heyday of it's Multiplayer and I wish they'd just port it…

I made it halfway through Seveneves (audio book) before I gave up. The science was sound, the premises was interesting, but my lord I couldn’t make myself give two shits about any of the characters.

Prison rape jokes are tired. These people are awful, but let’s not make too much light of something that does happen, is astoundingly horrible, and should not be wished on people for being dicks on the Internet.

It didn’t have to be gender-differentiated. All they had to do to take advantage of the “no sports” thing was release a list of sports movies available, or a list of movies for couples to enjoy together. It didn’t have to be “here’s what to tell your dumb girlfriend.”

Oh boy, that means we’re getting really close to Wall-E making an appearance.

Was it ever confirmed that Cameron was just a T-888 model? Because she sure as heck seemed to be alot more than that. Almost like a custom special and there are hints that she’s made by a 3rd party that isn’t the Resistance nor SkyNet.

I’m glad you were able to get some enjoyment out of it, but the movie was quite bad. Shallow characters, predictability to the point of comedy, flat dialogue, and disgustingly obvious pandering for a finale. What’s not to love?

Cryptonomicon is no joke. I usually tear though novels, even long novels, but Crypto took the better part of a year to get through. (I set it aside numerous times to read other stuff.)
