Yeah, not sure she realized there was someone in the way before the hit, and after I'm not sure it even registered correctly.

Depending on the circumstance, they could be justified. Slowing down in combat situations can mean death. They are taught to keep going, no matter what.
Since NJ canned their safety inspections, I've seen the formerly elusive high-mount only brake light variant on a daily occurrence. Then I starting seeing the formerly ultra-rare all-brake-lights-out variant and decided that safety inspections aren't such a bad idea after all.
As long as it's not those god damned blinking ones. Good god I swear every time I see a car with those the driver is one of those constant brake tappers.
Most powerful computer? Define powerful? Because automated cars are far, far, far, far more responsive and attentive than the average driver. Can they account for everything? No, but that gap gets smaller every year. And that's exactly what this technology is for. The average driver.
I see so many people here, in the NE, drive with snow and shit on their rear window. It has a defroster. It just takes a button press. One button press! I try and stay far, far away from them.
Bumpers. Why can't I put razor blades on the end of my car? Or long metal spikes.
Ok, wow, I'm surprised it's worded like that to apply everywhere. She def. was in the wrong then.
Keyword "highway", this may not apply to local roads, esp. with left turn lanes. Lots of states have similar wording.
Most of the keep-right laws do not apply on local roads where there is a left turn lane.
States define it as the flow of traffic, so one person behind you does not mean that you are going slower than the flow of traffic.
No, I'm just saying the price goes down before it goes up. Maybe. I dunno I have an old Datsun.
I dunno. Seems like there's a (inverse) bell curve where the market's saturated with used ones then later when they start to become (hopefully) classics and more valuable. They started off at what? $300k? I see some on eBay for $120k.
I love Diablos. Some day...
+1 For my most favoritist of all cars of all time.
The first thing I would have tried was ramming my friend... that might not have played out so well.
Forgive me, I mistyped, what read as "accidents per vehicle" should be "accidents per 1000 vehicles", or in other words a value normalized the number of cars on the road. Passenger car accident rates are much, much higher than semi-trailer accident rates.
Yet another? Don't look at accidents per vehicle (tractor-trailers vs cars), because there's a huge elephant in the room.
Wait... how does a connecting rod cause a fire? Or is it that it fails and the engine explodes?
and if that lady had won something in the lottery, would she then claim the same? How many people have won the lotto a day after watching a horror/unchristian movie? Further, how many of those could even be considered "christian"? Jesus these people don't think.
