So he built a Ridgeline?
When’s his first day at Jalopnik?
This, I drive old junk because a combination of high insurance rates (MI), previous DUI, not liking payments, and having better shit to spend my money on. Also somewhat poor.
Anyways every time I get in something somewhat new I cant help but think the brakes seem like an on/off switch with 0 pedal travel
“Let’s be honest - everything is already over boosted. Old performance cars (actually, all older cars) have a significantly more linear brake feel.”
“Wasn’t BMW blaming the owner for a rather infamous wreck caused by the owner having 2psi off the recommended pressure rating for a wreck?”
It’s too bad, considering affordability has always been the prime concern of BMW’s M division.
Dude got tired of running... just flat gave up.
Then you’d love the TR6, which has always been more of a proper sportscar than the MGB or MGC.
Thanks, now I’ll have to stay at my desk for at least 10 minutes before I can walk around the office again.
Didn't Workhorse used to be a GM heavy duty chassis company? What's with the EV stuff? I'm going back to sleep.
We’re gonna rebuild Lordstown, and we’re gonna get Ford Motor Company to pay for it!
I have an 3.7 H3 which is mainly used as a work vehicle and general beater - towing, dog hauling, bit of light off-roading, winter ski ride to the mountains etc etc. It’s slow as a dog but a great little truck - and without wishing to tempt fate it’s been faultless for the several years I’ve owned it, even though it…
Cheaper insurance? Monitoring my driving?
As this isn’t that common knowledge, the title really should have been:
Manual = 3-pedals.
I own an E46 M3 6mt, an E90 M3 6mt and an E39 M5 6mt (obviously), all 3 in like new condition. If I had to have only one, the car I would pick last between these is the E46.
There’s no saving anyone who doesn’t like the lines of an e36 sedan with a spoiler. Here’s mine at 284,000 miles! Got towed because the oil light came on- turned out the oil sensor just needed replacing.
Yeah I remember renting cars for rallycross days. Now a few tracks (or dirt fields) won’t let you take rental cars on the track. And most cars lack hand brakes anyway. So that’s kinda moot.
We’re supposed to like our coworkers enough to go to lunch with them?!?
