I don't really think of it as a reboot, it's more a continuation. As I understand it everything that happened before Secret Wars still happened, it's more a merging of continuities.

I highly doubt that Secret Wars is going to result in a reboot of Marvel continuity, any more than Galactus's move to the Ultimate Universe in Cataclysm ended that line as was heavily hinted at the time.

At least this time Marvel's reboot won't be drawn by Rob Liefeld so that's a plus.
