I want to know two things: 1) wth is on that web page they have to read that’s so important that they think people don’t already know. 2) why in the world do they think it takes 24 hours to interpret and process the contents of that page? These women are not deciding to have an abortion and getting it the same day.

So according to the source article, the process works like this: A patient has to schedule an appointment. Then they get directed to a state website, which then directs you to another website, which then asks the patient to click through to another site for patients. The site they ultimately end up on is cluttered

Not only that, but we're the MAJORITY by a country mile. In 2016, the AMA published the largest study ever conducted regarding abortions, with over 200k women participating. Over 98% of them did not regret their abortion. 98%. Those who regret fall into two categories: They were coerced or they were from religious

Exactly. OWN YOUR CHOICE. This is what taking control of your body and your life looks like.

I’m sure her position that Timberlake all but forced her to terminate a pregnancy will be more palatable for her conservative-minded fans. She even stated that her religious upbringing made her feel bad about it. “If it had

I would like to go through the process just to see what’s happening with these forms. Is it only the consent form that is posing the issue?

Justin Timberlake is a shitstain for many reasons (add mocking Prince’s height to the very long list). Not wanting to be a father at 19 or 20 isn’t one of them.

Thank you!  Yes, they were “adults,” but they were likely stunted due to *gestures wildly* everything going on in their lives.  They should not have been asked those questions and I think at worst Justin responded immaturely... because he was immature.

I recall him mocking her FOR HAVING SEX WITH HIM as if he wasn’t part of that process.

They weren’t ready for kids. Are we really painting Justin as a bad guy for being honest about that?

Whichever staffer was responsible for this explained the “Dark Brandon” meme to the man himself well enough to get him to play along. The man is a million years old, but I still thought this was very funny:

A campaign account, though, isn’t really the kind they want. They would rather have some earnest individual who believes in decency and America — someone with feelings that they can hurt to displace some of their own misery.

Truth Social is probably thrilled to have his campaign on there. One of the big problems for conservative social media sites is that the conservatives tend to get bored there - there are no Libs to Own. Now they have one to aggressively swarm and harass.

Fetterman definitely gets it. His whole “who the fuck are you other than someone who isn’t worth my time” vibe is perfect.

Fetterman kinda started it, but the modern strategies of trolling Republicans online is just getting easier and easier. It may seem clever, but the bar is pretty low when you’re dealing with knuckle-draggers on the right- they just keep sending Dems these lobs that pretty much anyone could hit out of the park. It’s

DeWine is a petty bitch who has been masquerading as a moderate for far too long by not saying the quiet parts out loud. But make no mistake, he is a petty, petty bitch. Case in point: Mike DeWine is short (probably 5'5" or 5'6"), and I was able to interview him once when he was a senator. He made sure he was seated

Republicans: “BANS DON’T WORK, HANDS OFF MY GUNS!”

Also Republicans: Ban Drag Queen, Ban Books, Ban Islam, Ban Gay Marriage, Ban Abortion, Ban Climate Change Legislation, Ban Gender Affirming Care, Ban Free School Lunches, Ban Student Loan Forgiveness, Ban Aide to Ukraine.....

We tired of these people yet?
Vote Blue

My wife and I did early in-person voting this morning. Two votes for yes on 1 (and 2 BTW). Now it’s up to the rest of the state. I’m encouraged by how MANY people turned out to defeat the Right’s attempt to remove Issue 1 from the ballot back in August.

Toyota is just subtly letting us know they have a lot of shit in the works that they just don’t want getting out.

Also, while we’re on the subject, can we talk for a second about how completely unnecessary a 900-mile EV is? Why not use a battery a third of the size to give us something much more affordable with a still-useful 300-mile range? Hauling around a battery you barely even use would just be wasteful.
