Taking selfies may not make you a narcissist, but it does make you an asshole if you’re doing it in such a way that you’re obstructing the view of everyone else trying to enjoy the performance you’re taking a selfie in front of... (sorry, rant over, bad experiences with obnoxious selfie-takers).

Shadow of Mordor’s Nemesis system is still “relatively” new, so give gaming time to start copying it, I know XCOM’s new expansion is getting a mechanic quite similar to the Nemesis system, just more limited (there are 3 champions that will be using it), so give it time. It takes years to make games, so who knows

the post-it room.... oh god that entire section is there to make people paranoid. :D

On a fast modern SSD it was only a few seconds, but yeah I can see that being quite grating when the game is loading from a slower hard-disk.

lots of Out-of-Bounds glitching

Cataclysm was the 2nd game, used a slightly updated version of HW1s engine, but was developed by a different developer and published by Sierra.

Good to see Cataclysm return in some form. It’s not a remaster, but having a version that’ll work well on modern systems is good enough for me.

You may never see a remaster, without the original Source Code it’s going to be quite difficult to move the game over to a new engine (which is what they did for HW1, it’s now running in the HW2 engine), and they can’t really access the assets of the game either to update those like they did for the other two

I think the primary pre-requisite for cosplaying at this event would have been supreme confidence in your body, not necessarily a specific body type.
Yes attractive people will generally be more confident showing their bodies off, but there are a few there that do not fall into that category that are nonetheless there

The video-game part is another company, Elijah does own a video production company and they’re doing the FMV for this game.

That’s the one thing that really stands out in the game itself, the style in which the faces are done immediately reminds you of Dishonored (which makes sense, it’s the same developer), but the rest of the art is quite different.

Most of us will be reasonably fluent in at least 3, so 5 isn’t that exceptional any more.

which is indeed the role they have in EVE, but they’re rarely used these days, as Battlecruisers equipped with Rapid Light launchers work just as well and aren’t nearly as fragile.
Destroyers are practically made of paper in the game, they have about the same health as a frigate, but are 3-4 times bigger.

true, that or the AI could start fielding Rapid Light Launcher Battlecruisers / Cruisers especially combined with Blood Raider webs, which wouldn’t be so easy to counter with only frigates.

Keep in mind that EVE ships are quite large. The smallest frigates are still around 90 meters long, they’re not like your usual sci-fi fighter aircraft.

To be honest, you can counter frigate swarms with destroyers, which are quite fragile, but specialize in killing the small fast frigates, but that may simply be something that the AI doesn’t have as an option (yet), ie. CCP forgot to add it as a counter option, because who would bring a pile of frigs.
Player destroyers

The game running well is a bit of an understatement, at 1440p with everything maxed my GTX 1080 is literally not breaking a sweat.
It hasn’t spun up the fans in hours of play, they’re idling at ~10% or so, while keeping the FPS very comfortably between 120 - 144 FPS.

Darksiders 1 is like a reskinned Zelda game, with 2 being an open world RPG. Similar to an open-world Zelda I suppose. :)

The artwork that came with Darksiders 1 already re-branded the horsemen for the game. Rather than Famine and Pestilence you have Fury and Strife.
Fury being the whip wielding monster shown above, and Strife being a pistol expert.

Except that D3 improved substantially after the expansion. It is a very different game compared to the product that launched.
