I’m not saying ‘don’t criticize him’. Feel free. But you were pointing out he left due to social media’s effects on his health; now that he’s more active after his health improved, that’s somehow a bad thing?

Not trying to nitpick, just pointing out that was probably his reasoning compared to what you had mentioned already.
So, should he, as a commentator (of sorts) on gaming in various terms, simply NOT comment on something that could be seen as kind of unethical business because he had more important things to deal with prior to this? I’m not sure I see the problem, regardless of any personal opinions you or I have about TB.
I could have sworn his goodbye was hardly tearful; more “I’m considered almost terminally ill and can’t be arsed to deal with this bullshit”.
From the footage I’ve watched from the Outside Xbox/Outside Xtra channels, I don’t notice any floating forward like you describe. Maybe check some of their footage to take a look (they’ve got half an hour of footage across their two channels).
Based on all the footage I’ve seen, the puzzles seem based on environmental clues and available abilities. Just like old Banjo games, you had to piece certain things together yourself. I honestly fail to see an issue with that.
Or at least at the same time as reviewers. Might be getting better publicity if they did that.
I would have posted something like this if you hadn’t already. =P
I remember it being shared on the Zelda Reddit page sometime yesterday; might still be pretty easy to find through a quick search!
That’s alright, I’m always up to getting more input on something I’m unsure of. =)
Okay, so, play through the game however you choose the first time, then find the method to access the new content that the article describes? So I reasonably shouldn’t be permanently missing anything super important if I steer completely clear of guides or walkthroughs or “100% guides” (if such a thing exists for the…

Out of curiosity (and since I started watching Markiplier play it, but don’t want to ruin the full experience for myself), it is able to be played through multiple times, right? The games’ title and text near the intro made it sound like the game was a one-time thing, and that would be it. Could just have been a…
Hmm, interesting! I’m honestly more familiar with the likes of Smash Bros. tournaments, so the style of fighting I’m used to seeing is vastly different than most more “traditional” fighters.
Maybe this is just me (since I’m completely uninitiated with fighting game communities, for the most part), but that dribbling technique comes across like a player who spams jump-kicks or uppercuts or hadoukens to whittle away health to gain an edge. I see the reasoning, but it feels... cheap, to me, I suppose?
For what it’s worth, it seems like the Normal Boots crew is mostly annoyed that the last Gizmodo article about this same topic drew a lot of attention their way. Didn’t even seem like they resented Jon for his views, just that they were annoyed being lumped together by articles and fans who didn’t see the difference.
You ALREADY have Jaffar!? Here I am, still struggling to summon more than a tiny handful of decent 4-stars (and seriously, I can stop getting Camilla in every two summons ANY DAY NOW), and you’ve got more 5 stars than I have any good 5 and 4 stars combined. D=
I personally love the designer (Bolson, is his name). He’s most certainly a feminine dandy of a character, but the guy is so confident in his work and his actions that I couldn’t have cared less if he was super macho or super, well, not. He’s just a good-natured character with a pleasant personality.
Haha, I kind of figured. Woulda been too good to be true, I suppose. =P
Does he really? That’s gonna be so useful, good to know now, if it’s true (though I’m only at 250-ish right now).
