And it's spelled "shining" for fuck's sake. It's been years and people still say "shinning". That sounds like you're hitting people with your damn shin. -shakes fist at SoTN-

That's funny because every time someone like you posts something like this I feel embarrassed about having read it.

If the word "shit" bothers you, perhaps it's time to grow up. Or leave your convent.

Silent Hill 2, the game.

I feel ashamed for livestreaming this game (PG version). Very ashamed.

-cue the legitimate copy owner only getting to play it for 3 hours because the copy protection screwed up-

It's "360 No Scope". 420 = street slang for marijuana consumption. Fail.

Cue the collective "bullshit". $20 says any LE you picked up ended up being Rare Mats or a Rare item instead. Glad you enjoy poorly balanced game design. The rest of us don't.

Yep, blame us for trying to farm for good loot since Bungie couldn't create a balanced and rewarding loot system off the bat. The farming will stop next week with the 1.02 patch that fixes the buggy Engrams, kid. So stop bitching at us for balancing out an unbalanced game.

Or they just want to assert their opinion on the subject. Too often we overestimate the effort it takes and/or motivation needed to comment on anything on the internet. It's usually pretty obvious troll when it is. This user is being earnest in their opinion. I mean, it wasn't inflammatory or fanboyish or hyperbolic.

Because not every reply or opinion has to be a positive one? It's not news that: some people don't like things and are just as in the right to say so as those who enjoy it.

True, but if you're trying to earn money from your site it can significantly impact your earnings more-so than had you gotten permission for that one song. It's still not an acceptable work-around of the law and as we both agree and know only hurts if you earn money.

No, not about that. About this, "[G]ood thing youtube export still works. At least we can watch vids with unlicensed music there."

It's hilarious how they're trying to protect the same squabbling jackasses who have abandoned them albeit temporarily, and are posting endless swaths of vitriol at them. Biting the hand.

Exported to YouTube where if you don't have proper licenses and are monetizing you will get a third party content match or worse: copyright strike.

No. It isn't. Show me the law and subsection of that law that states you can legally stream other people's music without paying royalties or fees. ESPECIALLY if you're monetizing your stream. Then it's... guess what?... ILLEGAL STILL.

Now playing

Don't listen to that moron, mate. (S)he doesn't know a fucking thing about what (s)he's saying. I recommend hitting up some online resources to copyright law and licensing (+fees) to understand what is really on the table here.

No, clearly YOU don't understand how -licensing- works. It's not a BLANKET COVERING unless the company in question allows for it. You are talking about different kinds of licenses. Some only cover a single or grouping of bands under a label while others grant larger label access. Very rarely does anyone get full label

You do realize they'd need the licensing rights to every song in existence, which is way more than any company in the world has or has made. Seriously, you must have flunked out pretty early. This is like... the dumbest thing you've said so far and you've said some pretty dumb shit.
