LaCroix is just diet Faygo though...
I mean, you just send pedestrians alongside traffic. Half of the interchange is shut off at any given time, and they cross in the middle. I mean it might be slightly slower than running straight across 8 lanes of traffic, but following the signals would be a hell of a lot safer.
That would be what would happen at nearly every other track. However, this is Bowman Gray. That is why people show up. And honestly, the way their stands are almost completely full every week (not an exaggeration), it seems to work out for them.
Mind you this was in the last race of the night (I was there, didn’t see the gun). They run 2 races of Stadium Stocks (the lowest division at the track, 4 cylinders, mostly mini-stock mustangs) because huge entries. The first race is the top split, second race bottom split. This “battle” was for mid pack in the bottom…
There’s a mustard sold at a small restaurant/bar/bowling alley in Strykersville, NY called The Flip Side that is absolutely amazing. Owner’s family recipe, as is their house chicken wing sauce. Highly recommended. Sweet with still plenty of kick.
On the contrary, the seats in the Sonic RS are some of the most comfy seats I’ve been in.
Can you figure out how to replace the seats? I don’t know who they were designed for but they were by far the most uncomfortable seats I ever sat in.
Grabs the liquid nitrogen, freezes, hits with hammer, deep fries the shattered pieces.
I’m still waiting for the time on Chopped where this is an ingredient and someone grinds it into burger or goes full insane and blends it up with some ice to fully emulsify it into something resembling a hot dog.
At the time, Formula One was still getting its head around having its own, relatively tiny batteries (or “energy stores” in case your masculinity was impinged by the concept of lithium-ion)
This whole tariff thing is going to work out as a huge boon for all companies and keep screwing everyone over in the long term. Prices go up to match the tariffs, screwing normal people over. Then, new administration comes in, tariffs go away, prices stay high, profits spike, no one notices. Like when $3 gas became…
What’s buttmetal?
In typical Nascar fashion, wait until everyone has spent the money figuring out if something is advantageous and making it work before banning it.
That Streetfighter with a 500 or 883, for like $5-7k would be their ticket to saving everything.
I started watching some of this stuff when BBC America was running it not long ago. Its incredibly fun stuff to watch.
20+ MPG hauling is damn impressive. I have a 2016 F150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost and with my kart trailer (about the same size/weight as this Airstream) behind it gets maybe 15 if I’m lucky. The horse trailer loaded (~8500 lbs) drops that to around 12. You never feel like you need more power, but the mileage takes a huge…
I was tossing around the idea of one of these a few months ago while looking at replacing my wife’s car (would have given her my Sonic to daily while I drove older relatively-cheap pile). They’re still temptingly priced and probably about to boom in the next 5-10 years the way the E30s have.
So we’re going to ignore the fact that the first picture CLEARLY shows the car on drag tires?
