Its not the developers job to release gameplay demos and to relay information to the public the PR department at Ubisoft has failed to deliver the content you expect. In order for them not to deliver the dev team would have to fail to add a feature that they promised.

tbh I found GTAV lacking, why because in my opinion police chases are not fun or challenging. And all of the side activities just did not interest me . Watchdogs seems like it will be shit tonnes of fun, I probably wont play the story for a while just screw around with people.

Yeah that mission was horrible but the rest were pretty solid. I was simply disappointed that we did not get to fight humans, as it would have forced bungie to diversify the UNSC possibly adding different types of marines and what not.

The point is that you can add new main playable protagonists without them taking all of the spotlight.

Hey man just have to say its great having another person eho unerstands the value of an expanded universe and expanded media. I believe that the Halo universe stands shoulder to shoulder with the likes of Warhammer, Star Trek and some of the greatest sci-fi universes.
