1 second is not a long time. How in the hell could faulk have put it on the ice any quicker? Good lord. You can catch the puck and drop it, which he did, and then completed an awesome goal. That is a legal play every damn time and the killjoys out there need to read the rulebook and just be happy with plays like this.
And the clack clack clack of a goalie hitting the ice with his stick to signal the impending end of a penalty is one of the most underrated sports sounds.
I have fainting couches in spades!
Someone has a little... hang-up about the sex it seems.
Hockey has literally has a term for ratfucks who go around to make people angry to try and draw penalties. It’s Brad Marchand. But sure.. more dignified...
his nickname should be Meteor because he’s a falling Star!!
Every team does it, but it sure is satisfying to see someone get called out for it- by the referees and by karma.
We will audit this hockey game and get to the bottom of it.
Who does he think he is, James Harden ?
... a fourth-line pest is stuck inside the body of that 100-point man.
You sound like a real Jerk.
My neighbors and I don’t know each other too well, so I’m looking forward to spending the next HOA meeting explaining why screaming “FUCK DON CHERRY” at midnight here in NC was totally apropos.
It’s the NHL playoffs, teams are the beneficiaries of bad calls, and also the victims, and so it goes. Maybe next time don’t allow 4 goals in one 5-minute major PP. 🤷♂️
Yes. Let’s focus on the SINGLE wrong call of the entire playoff series. Or if you insist on focusing on this call, let’s focus on the game 2 goalie interference call that took a goal away and the game for the sharks. So you can have your 2 minute cross checking minor penalty, and I’ll say the sharks won in 6. Deal?…
VAR, and all video replay review, is awful. The only technological assistance that actually makes any sense, because it is instantaneous, are the Hawkeye system in tennis that calls balls hit out of bounds, and the wristband alert system in soccer that alerts the referee when the ball has crossed into the goal.…
Read the sentence after. He's fine with injustice because, hey, it's only Tottenham.
Kinda burying the lede here, pal. SPORTS BY BROOKS linked on Deadspin in the year of our Lord 2019!
The players raised concerns about the requirement that they attend actual classes. The school administration is looking into how this can be remedied.
