Sounds like a wonderful moment, then! I almost wish there was nothing to collect as you travel through the game, because it really makes it hard to just commit to making whatever scramble to safety you can manage.
I agree with you. I didn't say it was a GOOD data point, I just said it is one. Like most times when there's a difference between polarizing beliefs and reality, the reality in the gun control debate is that it's a complicated mixture of both sides.
Hrm. In MY version of that sequence, Joel only kills three guys and Marlene. That's a pretty light sentence, coming from Joel!
He seems pretty young to have actually been a surgeon before the outbreak, though it's not impossible. I think it's more likely that he's just the Fireflies' best approximation of a surgeon, someone who's practiced a bit of medicine and has access to a lot more medical texts than most anyone else due to their being…
I'm hoping the DLC will be about Ish, the leader of the conclave Joel, Ellie, Henry, and Sam cut through to get to the Suburbs. He seemed to have a pretty interesting story, and I'd love to find out more about what happened to him.
It's not really clear if what Ellie has isn't itself communicable, though. I was hoping that the events with David might give us some hints about that, but it didn't pan out.
I decided it wasn't worth the VERY limited ammunition I had at the time. I just put down the two nail bombs I had, made sure I had the keycard, started the generator and made for the door.
Oddly enough, the story I most want to see done in DLC would be the story of Ish— what really happened to his little collective? Did he and Susan survive? He sounds like a delightfully crotchety sea cucumber and I want his story.
That's true, and it's a data point in favor of gun control. But crime in Japan is extremely low regardless of how you sort the data— if you lose a wallet in public in Japan you're more likely to get a call from the police with it on hand and intact than you are to have it returned emptied out. And either way, it's…
Well, if the picture's set after the events in Colorado, they were kinda split up anyway. If it's at the dam in Wyoming... well, they were split up for most of that, too. Judging by the clothes it's Wyoming.
I think 444 would be much more resonant to Japanese people. And there's already a #444. http://veekun.com/dex/pokemon/ga…
I'm confused... why does it seem like I'm the only person who recalls Valve talking about exploring this a year or two ago?
This is a Very Important Question that needs to be researched.
During the Phantom Zone exile scene, I leaned over to my buddy and said, "That is one hell of an expensive way to imprison people."
The only thing anyone should really be asking about this is whether or not the original soundtrack is intact. Even if they updated the soundtrack, one hopes that they would include the original at least as an option.
Man, now I need to get my diving certification renewed...
It's a shame it's not in a style similar to Mark of the Ninja. That'd be a fun Superman game, potentially.
There seem to have been a few more E3 related thefts this year than normal...
I think part of the problem with following real life traffic laws is that cars in games never quite behave the way they do in real life. I suppose it's something subtle like inertia being applied inconsistently across different maneuvers (ie. too easy to speed up and slow down, but inertia is much more in effect…
