The amount of people who are unable to read two VERY short paragraphs and are complaining about the non-cosplay photos is impressive.

That was my next suggestion, after doing a transfer of my own last night. I was willing to use wifi and wait to avoid having to redownload anything, but I did read that the other method would move onky the data (mii, saves, etc.) and make you redownload the games.
