With what I had to go through over the past 6 weeks with Dell, just to get a power cable for a M11x laptop, this doesnt suprise me in the least.

Well, 4 weeks, 6 phone calls, over 5 hours with their reps/tech support/managers, and finally a service call... Now I finally have the proper power supply for my Alienware M11X laptop, so I can finally charge my battery...
