Electric, open air, cyclops offset tri headlight, brass looking vents, wire mesh wheels, the steampunk feeling Morgan EV3 concept was a perfect concept.

The idea of a motorcycle type feel in a car seated position like go-cart always appealed to me. So when the Volkswagen GX3 concept came out I was all for it.

Suzuki GSX-R/4 concept, it looked so futuristic especially with its “shocks” showing on the hood and trunk. I love me some open air roadsters.

These came out about the same time as the NA Miatas. My young self always wanted one, convertible, seats 4 (kinda) and hella fun. The “low rider” ones were super cool too! Imagine just cruising with your friends a warm summer night top down and music blasting in a slow small but fun car. Can this type of experience be

How do trucks like this pass pedestrian safety? A large flat metal front with sharp corners. Or because it is a truck its exempt?

How do they manage to make it so retro yet modern at the same time? Is it the bumpers, wheels. height? What am I missing?

As a Convertible fan living in Hawaii where we can use these things year round for the most part I have 4 nominations. Although in each way I LOVE each of them in some way because I like odd-ball cars like that:

Out of curiosity any idea why this minority of 4.5 to 5% of the population commit these crimes/murders? Do you think its a cultural thing or more deep rooted? I know that many African Americans claim generational slavery as a main cause of their misdeeds. However they also brought in a ton of Asians as well as

Its weird until just a couple of weeks ago I had no idea or interest in Cadillac, or even knew they made anything other than the Escalade then I think I saw an old Cadillac at SEMA on a Youtube channel and decided to see what the brand was up to. When I got to the site I saw the CT4 and CT5 and it surprised me how

It was my understanding that the Fiat 124 Spider had a different Fiat motor and not a Miata one and only the interior, top and frame are the same as the Miata? Is it really a Miata motor and everything else under the body? If so this looks like a great buy. Miata reliability with Fiat looks.

Is the Alfa Romeo Giulia a good and reliable car to get? There are 2017 and 2018s coming up for sale near me for $17K to $19K with under 50K miles and they are tempting. They look stunning and upscale and exotic to me. However for a long term car I am really worried about reliability and getting affordable parts in

Seems pretty standard west coast styling to me. I mean even the famous/infamous California West Coast Customs does the blue highlights and accents:

Thank you for being receptive to the perspective and feedback @hoser68. Yes Hawaii has its good and bad. Beautiful weather, in general friendly people and culture and a pretty diverse car scene. Lots of Asian influence as well as a lot of muscle cars and exotics. The down side is cost of living (since everything needs

I feel that this is very correct @FriscoFairlane, car thefts and stolen car body parts are usually shipped off to Asia and other Pacific islands. We do not have a lot of processing here for such things and not so much demand either so it gets stolen and shipped off to other places. Great Observation!

There is a lot of crime here in Hawaii that goes unreported (large conservative Asian culture that does not wish to bother others tends to promote this). Lots of things get stolen then shipped out by boat to Asia or the US mainland where in Asia there is sometimes higher demand for “US goods”. Here is an example of

This might be a hot take but as electric cars ramp up to mass adoption I think there is going to be a problem down the road. I think electric cars although great when new are going to be a big problem 20 or more years from now as they age out. Look at 20+ year old Altimas today, they are running because people dump

As someone who does not like to drive large trucks or SUVs due to lack of daily visibility within 5 to 10 feet in front of the vehicle and finding suitable parking in the city a small car that is easy to park is actually one of the factors that I do consider.

Wait...does this mean that Miata is not always the answer?

Now playing

I have two, this one back in the day made me want to get a Volvo:
