I just recently read The Big Short, which was fascinating.

I just checked and I don’t have it. Guess I’ll have to watch some OWL next week.

Thank you, I had vaguely heard something about that, but hadn’t heard when it’s starting.

I would also like to speak as an obnoxious knob:

Yeah, I had my browser on mute, but I only clicked in to a stream with three hours to go. No beta access for me yet.

Only if you wanted a guaranteed spot in the beta.

Well, I wanted the guarantee. The stream ended and I still had a percentage to go.

I’m just going to state how very annoying the whole thing is where they had us opt-in for the beta like a month ago, but then this week, you also had to see the notification in time that beta access required watching four hours of one of the officially selected Overwatch 2 Beta streamers on twitch.

Fuck Johnny Depp, he’s been too drunk/drug-addled over the past (let’s be honest) ten years or so to even know very much at all about his behavior in Amber Heard’s presence.

This is some of my favorite Kinja right here.

Fair point.

Netflix just lost 200,000 subscribers in one quarter, and close to 40% of its stock value in a few days, so it seems like a whole lot of people are super weird about it.

Before all of these latest shenanigans, ActiBlizz was raising eyebrows by hiring some of the worst ghouls from W. Bush’s and Trump’s regimes. Kotick may have been the head of a mere video game empire, but he also has a lot of nefarious, powerful friends.

This is such a great show. I can’t wait until they put out another 8 episodes in, like, 2025

That’s a five-head.

They wouldn’t be so upset if they didn’t feel powerless against it..

Now playing

It’s also a line from a track from one of my favorite rappers:

Kids! If you really want to piss off your parents, buy real estate in an imaginary place!

Yep. I’m fine.

Perhaps sort of. I find peoples’ eyes gloss over, they see that wall of text and as a naturally lazy human, their brain goes, “really? how many lines is that? No.”
