I never got into ska much in the ‘90s, but I discovered RX Bandits through one of the Guitar Hero games, and found one of my favorite bands of all time. I know their more recent albums have been less ska, but it’s good music.

LAN parties were great back in the late 90's and 2000's. I used to haul around my 19" Viewsonic, which must have weighed 60 pounds. One game we played a lot was a Quake (3 I think?) mod called Action Quake. Many weapons had laser sights, and you could see the dot created by your opponent’s laser, if they were aiming…

Overwatch is still one of my favorite shooters, despite its flaws. I’m really hoping Overwatch 2 will do enough to keep things interesting, and not just feel like some weird expansion or something.

It was major for Psyonix. They got loads of attention, which I’m sure helped PC sales early on, too—further aided by Rocket League being pretty much the first major game to offer cross-platform play.
