It seems like this dumb nickname phenomenon has some connection with poker:

I haven’t run into any issues with app compatibility. There’s even a way to use a custom launcher, like Nova Launcher, instead of the Amazon home screen.
Yeah, and I’ve been getting so many notifications and text messages from Amazon for the past week or so, it’s ridiculous.
My wife and I each got a Fire 8 last year. This year, I kind of wanted a more powerful tablet—mostly for playing Titanfall Assault on a bigger screen than my phone: last year’s fire 8 doesn’t run that game all that well.
I have an LG V20, it has a removable battery and a micro SD slot. It also has a fair amount of bezel.
Not to mention Orwellian. Then again, the Venn diagram for extremely GOP things and Orwellian things has pretty much been a single circle for a while.
Hey Gita, Ars Technica has an article that suggests that it was Disney that pushed for the microtransactions in this game.
I’m still crazy about Titanfall 2. The campaign, and multiplayer. It’s all just so good. If only EA had given it more of a chance by not releasing it right between BF1 and COD: Infinite. I really hope EA doesn’t ruin Titanfall 3, now that they own Respawn.
I love the campaign, but I also think the multiplayer is some of the best FPS multiplayer in my recent memory.
True, sales were weak for Titanfall 2, but it really wasn’t helped by EA’s decision to release it in the one week between their own Battlefield 1 and that game’s biggest competitor, COD: Infinite Warfare. Those games literally came out three Friday’s in a row.
All DLC is free in Titanfall 2, with the only in-game purchases being entirely cosmetic. I’m not sure exactly how well they’re doing with that model, but EA just bought Respawn for $400 million, so probably not too bad.
None of this bodes well for Titanfall 3, now that EA owns Respawn. Titanfall is such a great series so far, even with EA (as Respawn’s publisher) already screwing things up for them.
Yes, this. I have it on PS4 and PC.
I don’t exclusively game with m+kb, but—outside of extra devices like the XIM4—it’s not even an option on console. And I’m not interested in gaining a competitive advantage by using something like the XIM4 with my PS4, where almost all my opponents will be using controllers. I just prefer m+kb for some games.
Agreed. I should have said, “it makes so much more sense to me..”
It’s so much more worthwhile to get a gaming PC rather than an X1X.
