See, and I thought that scene in Fight Club was meant to highlight the disturbing fact that companies are willing to let their products kill people if a recall is too bad for their bottom line. It certainly wasn’t an explanation of why a consumer should continue to expose himself to risk of, say, death by fire in a

Apparently, the NX is a huge departure from either the Wii or the Wii U, so I think you’re right, Nintendo is not going to be on board.

I think, for better or worse, it’s going to be like iPhones. Eventually, they’ll drop support for older models, so if you own one that’s, say, 4 or 5 back, games may start dropping support. Who knows exactly what their policies will be once they’ve got a few iterative models out there.

+1, you beat me to it.

If you believe Sony/MS heads, we likely won’t see something that’s exactly known as the PS5.. They’re talking about ending the whole ‘console generation’ thing.

I had no idea. I guess there’s a strong history of supporting older hardware for the PES series.

Obviously, Billy Bush had no idea there was anything wrong with Trump’s behavior there.

I hadn’t thought of that.. makes a lot of sense.

It’s kind of amazing to me that PES is still being ported to last-gen..

Went straight to the comments for this reference.

lol, if it really was Pynchon, you could go through, and all my posts would be minimum 8,000 words, there’d be a lot of lists that serve narrative purpose, and by the time you got to the end of any of them, you’d realize you only got about half the detail the first time through.

True. Still, if I go back and play it again, I’ll probably turn off the GPS route.

As I’ve said elsewhere on this post, it at least didn’t used to be that way. When I first got a Chromecast, if I left the Netflix app on my phone open while streaming on the Chromecast, it would absolutely kill my phone’s battery. But if I closed out the app on my phone to save battery, then in order to pause

This makes me think back to Titanfall’s Horde Mode, which was tons of fun, but could be really hard.

I agree, having the actual route high-lighted on the mini-map is a bit much. Fortunately, the majority of open-world games give you some measure of control over whether the GPS route is displayed or not.

Yeah, I’m planning to upgrade to a set-top version soon.

Is it any better than it used to be? I got a Chromecast pretty early on, but I remember if I kept the Netflix app open on my phone while the Chromecast was streaming, it’d run my phone’s battery down super quickly. So, I was like the guy you’re responding to—I’d close out the app to save my phone’s battery, then when
