Yea I think that economic theory doesn’t apply here because you’re not providing an optional service and competing against other providers. When someone shows up at a hospital, they need care now, they’re not going to comparison shop. So in reality, there is no competition at all.

Sort of true. I live in the south side of Chicago and its not even just the government that’s refusing south side development, a lot of the people are nonsensically actively resisting development. With the Obama library moving into the area, the uproar on the local boards and discussion forums borders on the silly.…

OK I’ve got a problem with my primary computer. I haven’t been able to install “feature update 1607" for months. Every time I try, it installs for a while then eventually fails and reverts back.

If I were guessing, I think they’re referring to how (even now) missions tend to flow from one to the other. IE you finish a main mission and nearby is another main mission you pick up, which then takes you to another part of the map, etc. They do that now, but its inconsistent. I hope what they mean is fixing that so…
