I believe these warranties include rental coverage - I asked the same question before. It's still would be a pain but you'd have some transportation at least.

you're welcome. We saved about 15-20k by purchasing a year old, nearly fully loaded version. I imagine anything in that segment would be about the same. Nicest thing about the Acadia is the relatively usable 3rd row. It's come in handy for concerts, games, etc.

not the expert but we were recently in a similar situation. Ended up getting a gmc Acadia (cross shoped Honda pilot) certified pre owned for a pretty good price. Interior volume with everything flat is close to the bigger suvs but we see low twenty/high teen mpg on the interstate. We don't tow anything but a friend…
