These are great articles and they usually send me down the rabbit hole that is Wikipedia. Tonight it started with the '99 shootdown, led to the combat rescue team, detoured to the Russian SAMs... And on from there.

Hadn't seen a cab over converted yet but I guess as they're replaced with pushers these will be available, too.

That OBDII scanner isn't a bad deal... But, for about the same price one could pick up a blue tooth unit and also pay for a pro level app (~$5) that would offer the same code reading and reset ability plus real time stats and all kinds of data logging - I use torque for Android and don't use a quarter of the

Not that it is anywhere as horrible but my brother got picked up for a public intox in college. Refused the breathalyzer because there was no reason to submit to one (visual decision was all the cops needed for charges) so they took him to the hospital. Spent 20 minutes in the emergency room before a doctor came in.

Sometimes it's just a place that fits into the neighborhood that no one else in their right mind would walk into. I present Proud Mary's in AC. Around the corner from the wife's family shore house. Interesting dichotomy. The Hispanics come in after work for carry out Modela (price gouging is silly) and the working

Not only did they get it out in one piece, the tough son of a bitch started under its own power and even drove forward. Huzzah! Let's hope the rest of the recovery will go this well.

whatever works!

Which seems like it'll be well less than a thousand miles, if you're lucky, based on the wear ratings.

That's pretty hilarious. Nice work everyone! Did Ray get to dragon the Caprice?

OK, so I found a few more than I'd like to admit in my screen saver folder:

3 of my faves:

I replaced the Comcast modem with the sb6141 surfboard. $80 on amazon. Less than a year to make it worth the purchase... Plus the other benefits I noted above.

And based on the camera angle an inability to keep it in his lane. Though it seems like everyone is treating the lines as merely a suggestion. Because Italy I presume?

I picked up a surfboard to replace my Comcast modem and instantly saw increased speeds. Haven't dropped a signal or had to manually reset/restart since. Towards the end with the Comcast provided modem I was having to reset and or power cycle a couple times a week, especially if there was any power spikes.

Pretty sure supercross is in Atlanta tonight.

And yet major corporations continue to bankroll the world cup, fifa, and Blatter.

I'm the opposite direction in Norcross and have never seen one, either. I don't really think I've ever seen one on the road in my 12+ years down here but I'm pretty confined to the city/immediate suburbs. Heck, I've never even seen one up at Dixie Speedway, the dirt-track, and I've spent a good amount of time there

My assumption is that the weight of all the fans hanging onto twenty year old banners was just too much.

I thought Mr. Pruett's response was right to the point:

I can't believe they wouldn't keep chains in their cars and have snow tires. AND the should have just slowed down and taken their time.
