Awesome! I was more of a “muscle car” kind of guy even though there were plenty of imports both Japanese and European that my inner teenager drooled over.

Finding one in good shape is perhaps the hard part lol... although I’ve seen some online that go for just above the $10K mark and I suppose that isn’t quite so bad for a VR-4 considering what something similarly heavy like a Toyota Supra of same year and similar trim level would cost. :D
It’s kind of funny to look back on since hindsight is 20/20 but when I was in high school and The Fast and the Furious was all the rage with kids buying up all sorts of Japanese cars (all those damn riced up Civics and Accords and Integras!) ...it seems like the media really hyped up our perception of what “fast” cars…
Yeah I thought as much, was holding out hope that the other trims still had potential lol. Thank you for your response, definitely helped me make up my mind about that particular car.
So true on this one! I’ve seen an SL model that’s quite affordable but I’m flip-flopping on whether to consider getting it or finding something else that may be quicker.
Well said and I am a fellow subscriber to your line of thought as well. Instead of banning guns altogether, there instead ought to be tougher screening processes to determine whether someone is mentally stable enough to own one.
Your comment reminded me of a pretty good article from Vice regarding a similar thought on ‘what if the world’s military attacked the U.S.’?
I just saw a similar but 120K version for sale recently under the $4K mark and I’m quite torn on buying it. On one hand, I love the 4th gen Trans Am and on the other I’m intimidated by what I may have to fix on it. :p
Sadly by the time S3X (that’s right it’s a trilogy! A ménage à trois, even) is released, it will have been a horse beaten one too many times. A cash cow milked beyond limit. A leaky pipe that’s been over-wrenched.
That sounds horrific and I’m glad you’ve recovered since and are still with us! Most folks underestimate what colliding with large animals like Deer could do to them, even if sitting behind the wheel of a car.
Reasons for this vehicle existing aside, isn’t it a bad idea to have the wooden portions exposed to the weather? Especially since it seems that the wood is functioning as a frame.
I keep thinking those little mineral harvesting vehicles in the StarCraft videogame when I saw that tag.
Center 2015 will be the climax of the Cereal Military District troops training that started this year.
Makes sense, I didn’t quite consider the insurance aspect of it!
Damn...that concept looks like what the Crossfire should have been!
High Altitude capabilities aside, I think the concept images are a metaphor that is depicting the technical ability (High Altitude flight) as well as a corporate/military capability: Global air dominance.
I’ve got the solution guys, no biggie!
It’s fascinating to watch! Different muscle groups are optimized for different sports/activities, which is why a UFC fighter may have higher endurance for the octagon but fail at playing tennis (which can take hours)
Holy crap! Why did I never make this connection before? You’re a genius!
Oh I agree it’s unique, I was curious whether the U.S. had something equivalent to it - not in exact model equivalence, rather in spirit. I’ve sat in a friend’s 2013 VW Golf GTI, which I thought was pretty awesome since my only other experience being in a VW was in someone’s Jetta. :D
