Doug has the 1990 R32 GT-R, which is an awesome find! As much as those of us who enjoy cars love reading about them and further love driving them, there was something really endearing about reading Doug’s article on his imported vehicle. It’s as if the joy he felt as he wrote the article pervaded most of its readers.
Under new regulations any import vehicle 25 years or older are allowable. As far as Skylines go, any model that’s 1990 and older may be imported into the U.S.

Yeah D.C. was mostly just giant granite hills and swamp marshes until it was reconstructed into what we have today. If you go into parts of Rock Creek Park you can still find remnants of those marshes!
