The point being made is that she is providing upkeep to a chosen style in which she wears her hair. The school isn’t dictating that she cannot have natural hair, merely that they believe the volume of the style she currently has it at is in excess.

I not once stated that the student can’t style her hair in this fashion. I stated that if this is her chosen style and it creates a distraction in some way that work arounds will be found. Please quote me on where I stated she needs to change her hair.
