If Toyota can offer the rav4, highlander, venza, 4runner, fj, sequoia, and land cruiser (did I miss any?), Ford has room amongst the Escape, Edge, Flex, Explorer, and Expedition/EL for the Everest. It's a smaller also-truck-based alternative to the Expedition, for those that want something truck-based that is close to…
When you give the police a big friggin' hammer, everything starts to look like a nail
An interior in an actual color, because black interiors look fucking awful.
It is a vague name that describes any number of things from a park-flying foamy all the way up to a Global Hawk. Kind of like how "airplane" can be anything from a Piper Cub to an F-35. But it's really more of an issue of how the media portrays the technology, rather than an issue with the word itself.
"a buzzword... abused by the media to get ratings". Hmmmmm, that sure sounds familiar, if only I could think of another example. Wait, I've got it! How about their use of the term "assault weapon"?
They are most certainly distributing people's personal lives, and usually making a profit from it. The companies which provide background info aren't simply crawling public records. The cops are selling it to them in big bundles.
The terrorists have won.
Oh please. This was neither an invasion of privacy or anywhere near an act of terrorism.
Same platform.
In 2001 you could buy a Cherokee 4x4 for about $19,000. Even in it's base stock configuration it would have been capable of what the Trailhawk is doing here. The standard '14 Cherokee with AWD is no more capable offroad than most sedans. To get any sort of "ruggedness" or offroad capability, you have to go for the…
Yeah, nice memo, but you see, in the header picture we have an old truck. nothing SUV-ish about it and also nothing vintage. Just an old truck.
If it were powered by some 200-300 horses and have a performance oriented engineering you'd call it sport. But Sport Utility Truck would be the term to use.
I'm sorry to see a…
This is a Cherokee.
The lifted Dart with the hatch.
I am still skeptical . Every time the Dart gets hung up in this vid it cuts to a new scene. It's also noticeable that the dart does not take on some of the gnarlier sections.
I think the exclusion comes from the fact that a four door that can corner, and costs as much as a small house, doesn't qualify as a muscle car.
WHAT?......
I hear putting an intake where a headlight goes is a new idea.
0-60 times are worthless. Toss a set of ET Streets on this thing and watch it run 10s all night long.
