If you count 95k people in about a 15x15 mile city as a small town then sure, before this I lived in a 5x5 mile city with 250k people, and before that a 5x6 mile suburb with close to 30k people. I don’t think I have ever lived in a small town.

Target will do their annual buy 2 get one free deals around November, that is always when I pick up games that I feel are a little expensive but look fun. 

It is a cheap 4K Bluray player, and the HDMI input makes it good for watching TV, It is also cheaper than the PS4, it dropped under $200 last holiday season, it is a nice looking box to have under your TV.
