Just arrest me, officer, I’ll think of a suitable offence while you take me the long, but fast way to the station.
And they drive them really fast!
They look more like airless tires to me...
I second this, I noticed the wheels right away and I’m digging the modernized 80's look. They look a little bit like a modern take on an exposed turbofan look.
Yeah, I’m onboard with the wheels.
I live and work in New York and it’s substantially faster for me to get to Penn Station than to an airport. And no need to get there early and go through security. When I go to DC or Boston for business it’s always downtown. Again, faster than if coming from airport.
I loved my Pathfinder (1998) way more than a 4Runner. I could never get past the seating position in the 4Runners. Nissan did a better job of ergonomics. And it is a very capable 4x4. Thing is a tank. In fact, it’s still running strong (my ex has it), with over 350,000 miles on it.
i have a xterra; same thing, should have bought a 4 runner. hell no, i have quite a capable SUV that is way under market value compared to the ‘yoda. mine has the 4.0; i bought it 2 years ago, 150k miles. two days later, drove it with a steel car hauler to western North Carolina to pick up my 86' Z31 slickback. i…

I had the Pathy version and that thing ruled. I was always pining after the Infiniti, I thought they were pretty rad.
Turns out it’s factory! Look up “Toyota 86 Style Cb”. Neat.
Had one of these in high school. The best part was the animated turn signals
Here you go.
Paul Newman was also a real man. He was married to his second wife Joanne Woodward for 50 years (until his death in 2008).
I quit buying LaCroix when they turned the 12-packs into 8-packs for the same fucking price at Kroger.
I like Wild Turkey Rye, but your tastes may be more discerning than mine.
Oh man. That’s pretty cool. I miss picking up their price sheets.
The one in Tom’s River, NJ was open way past the point of expiration. I remember buying a bunch of Dreamcast and Saturn games there.
All of the big three make them. It’s kind of like the old Super Stock drag cars of the late 60s. Dodge had the 68 Hemi Dart and Plymouth had the equivalent Cuda. Ford started with Thunderbolts I think, not as familiar with Chevy. Nowadays Dodge has the Drag Pak Challenger, Chevy the COPO Camaro, and Ford the Cobra…
