I've only recently joined Team Sweet Potato and they fucking rock. Cubed and roasted into couscous. Mashed cold with some fresh feta. Seriously delicious.

Veering slightly off topic. Due to my location (not the UK) I can't drone out my insomnia with Radio 5 Live the last couple of days due to some golf/rights issues and thus changed to Radio 4.
