Yeah I'd think the prosecutor would throw every possible charge at her. I would think in my state, a prosecutor would go for (as well as other chargess) predatory sexual assault - a class A II felony, max of life in prison.

So I take Ambien occasionally, I have had problems falling a sleep since I was a child. I get a little goofy and my mind is all over the place before I nod off (which I actually enjoy - my Ambien Crossword Challenge game is quite amusing the next day),but 2 problems:

You still lucked out! I'd say it's more a style/personality thing. I have an older sister as well who is 1 year older than me, and we never had that issue. Then again, she never had ANY interest in clothes.

I feel like a lot of sisters close in age will never get over some of the "teenage sister" stuff. I am 30 years old, live 3 states away from my 28 year old sister, and she STILL manages to steal items of clothing from me.
