Nobody is suggesting that, merely that the underlying cause of the issue in this particular instance is one of mismanagement. The bank run was a result of that cause.

I would argue that poor management is what drove the collapse, with the bank run being the inciting incident
That’s a solid idea...from the store perspective, they’d be better off doing an estimated price for the fruit and meat to cover a payment pre-auth and a final price adjustment, than they would be for having customers do the leg work themselves

I think a main draw of Slytherin—outside of the pure-blood ideology—is the idea that the ends justify the means, and that you can hand-wave away “bad stuff” if the return on investment is high enough.
