We were jetlagged on arrival, which worked out great. Woke up at 5:00 AM and went straight to the Acropolis/Agora after a quick cup of coffee. Nobody was there, and it was amazing. We only spent a day in Athens so I can’t recommend too much else other than to get to the Acropolis before the hordes.

Good post. One other piece I would mention is that if you are young and early career, you are probably in a low tax bracket. If so, you would likely be getting very little premium by saving pre-tax in a 401k. Therefore, this may be a good time in your life to invest in a brokerage account. Even though you don’t get
