@khdownes: exactly. In the film post we usually work in a logarithmic color space, compressing a wide latitude in an image file. The file looks washed out and that is how it is meant to be. It is just like moon hoaxers, they don;t know shit about they are saying and think that what they know is the absolute truth...

I saw this a couple of days ago and I noticed something very interesting. ( [red.cachefly.net] ) It looks like the camera is combining different time slices of the same image. you can notice that when the camera starts to follow the truck, the highlights show you the motion blur length, that is not 1/2 of the frame…
