The show still had me hooked in season 5 and most of 6, 7 was bad, and this season is near unwatchable.

I saw a meme that compared this to Harry Potter, if in book 7 Voldemort was defeated, and now book 8 is about the Quidditch championship against the evil Slitherin.
Right about the time they ran out of source material.
It’s fitting that “The Door” was the last great GoT moment, since GRRM himself wrote the storyline and it was a moment ideal for telling in video.
The show died in Dorne
If the walkers are truly done, I honestly don’t know if I can ever rewatch the show. I know that sounds dramatic, but if the walkers end that pathetically then it completely tarnishes Jon and Bran’s storylines. Yes, Jon has the Targaryen storyline, but so much of who he is was built around the Watch and the Army of…
It’s so sad, too. Because this show was special. The cracks started appearing around season four and five, and season six had some of the most cathartic moments, but it’s just been so depressing to see it devolve over time, even as the scale and budget has increased over time.

Breath of the Wild. Two Divine Beasts down, just found the last memory and snuck up the castle walls late last night. My five year old is way into the story so I didn’t go in the Sanctum, she wants to see what’s next. I think we’re gonna finish Gerudo/Naboris on Saturday. I love this game.

Damn I LOVE the design of that Gamer Lounge.
Kirk, this is easily the best game review I’ve ever read, but also the best writing of any kind that I’ve read on this website. I enjoyed your creative narrative prose over the the technical trappings of FPS and other “data.”
Some choose to see it as a sad thing. I prefer to see it that he dodged a bullet like freaking Neo in the Matrix. I know a girl who was asked to get married and I know she said yes not for the guy but for the idea of getting married. She wanted the dress and the big reception and be the center of attention for a whole…
Two people who make really bad decisions making another one? Not saying the marriage will last, but I could see them eloping to Vegas next month.
[A woman who screws around with her BF’s brother] + [a guy who screws his brother’s GF] = [a long-term relationship]?
You know it’s an accident, because it’s not intendo
