If that PSP model still has that small USB port, then I'm sure you can still buy stuff from the PSN store using the Media Go app for Windows, or a PS3; and then synchronizing your PSP with purchased content from your PC or PS3. That's what I tend to do anyway.

I can't say that I have when it comes to actually playing a game myself ...

I honestly thought Guile's theme seems to fit well when there's a lot of explosions and high-impact action that somehow magically synchronizes itself with the theme song. If anything, the opening note of the song would be an explosion of some sorts.

I suspected as much ... I'm pretty sure both parties have faults somewhere.

Sometimes, you need a balance of annoying characters and somewhat normal characters ... if everyone looks the same, then your story might look somewhat bland. I know when I write, I try to add in some quirks to my characters so they don't seem quite boring to read about.

Personally, I think the term 'real' and 'true' lost their meanings somewhere down the line. I think the word they're trying to find is 'dedicated', which I would think is a more neutral, unbiased term than 'real' in this context.
