Also: I remember another commercial, but I can't quite find the video of it ...

I plan on picking up Dissidia 012 when I get my PSP. It'll keep me occupied for a bit and provide me with some inspiration for my current art project. That, and I've been meaning to get into the series for quite some time now.

I think Nintendo is going to be here until the day Iwata and Miyamoto dies— as in, they will keep making Mario and Zelda games as well as new consoles right into their deathbed. At least, that's my prediction. So I doubt they would be replaced by Apple.

Yeah ... I guess ... well, it probably did when it debuted years ago with backwards compatibility and Other OS support. Now, Sony rips out a few features for the sake of lowering the price of it. At least, that's what I hear around these parts. I mean, last I checked, I can't load up MS Word or Adobe Photoshop on my

This I can agree with. If a game is designed with touch controls in mind, then it can work wonders. Such as games that requires you to swipe your fingers as opposed to touching virtual buttons. Infinity Blade, shown in the video above, show the user flicking fingers around to swipe the sword as opposed to pressing

Actually, the iPad can be used a variety of things, besides gaming. It's the reason why it costs more than the average console. It's supposed to be a replacement or compliment to your typical laptop computer, which is why the iPad is priced like a netbook or tablet PC instead of a direct competitor to the DS or PSP.

I suppose that makes a bit more sense than a replacement for a portable gaming unit, like the DS or PSP. Thanks for enlightening me. I might consider the option if I need a bit of portable computing for taking notes and the like as opposed to just simply gaming.

imgur is a free image hosting service. You can use that to host your images, such as these Photoshop entries. Other services you can also use are Imageshack and Photobucket.

I ordered myself a used PSP from Amazon. The seller has 99% positive feedback and they claim Like New condition, so hopefully, it works well with me when I get it in the mail next week.

I'm not sure if an iPad is something I'd own in the future as it's something that I can't easily stash in my pocket, even when I'm wearing pants with lots of pockets, but the idea of hooking it up to a HDMI-compatible monitor seems quite intriguing.

Updated entry:

This one is inspired by Alan Wake

I might try that. Thanks for the idea. For the record, "funny" is not really my forte, but I can see where this might be going. :3

Milo in the Living Forest

Hope they're doing okay. I've been meaning to try out one of the Final Fantasy MMOs for some time ... it would suck if the earthquake destroyed that option to do so.

Grats to the winners! Of course, my awkwardness doesn't make it anywhere ... :P

I can't imagine how much time I wasted playing Katamari Damacy when it first came out. Sometimes, I would tell my buddies on the phone ... "BRB. I'm gonna roll one for a bit." They would be like "WUT?!" then I would intentionally leave the phone off the hook for a few minutes as Katamari music plays through it before

Yeah ... nobody understands me ... but that's okay. I don't understand them, either. :P

I've always found an ample amount of humor in American cosplaying. Sure, there are those who take this seriously, but for most others, they just dress up just to have fun, and that's what counts in the end.
