I suppose it could be a Paradox of some sorts. In most programs and websites, the Logout button is normally faded out, or replaced with a Login button, if you're already Logged out. It might just be a programming glitch that states the very obvious.

I was going through my game soundtracks and I stumbled into this heavy duty track. It's not everyday you'd hear something like this in a Square Enix game.
