Puff the Magic Dragon by Peter Paul and Mary. Just thinking about it gets me all misty-eyed.

So I'm nearing the point of year where I'm much more of a homebody than usual. Granted, I usually prefer quiet time to going out but it's even more pronounced during the fall. It's not really that I feel depressed, but I haven't really been going out of my way to find things to do. Part of me is okay with this. I…
Used to be "Kiss From a Rose" but now I just think of Community when I hear it. Right now, I'd say "Gold Inside of You" by John Prine brightens my usually unromantic heart (Why's it so hard/just to sit in the yard/And stare at the sky so blue...But it gives me the blues/when I've got some good news/and you're not…
I love A Bug's Life! So underrated.
We have a chia pet (never opened) that gets passed from one family member to the next, usually during Christmas although it's shown up at other gift-giving events too. What's perfect is that it just looks like a regular, square box when it's all wrapped up so you don't know what you're getting until you unwrap it.…
Not a "movie star" per se, but Dave Foley was one of my very first crushes when I started watching NewsRadio. He was in a few movies after that...and I think was hosting a poker show...and nothing. :(
A ring-tailed lemur jumping over two guinea pigs (their fur in contrasting colors to symbolize the duality of man). And zigzags, because why the hell not. Also, Lisa Frank-esque color scheme.
Personally, apple is slowly taking over as my favorite seasonal food trend. Be it cider, cinnamon apples, or just regular apples (bonus points for Granny Smiths or Jonathans!). Caramel apple is ideal for coffee drinks and flavorings.
For real. I read that and thought "Shit, that sounds kinda awesome." Burning bright!
I made it up to :09 before I melted. That voice...UNF.
Dirty Dancing (the final dancing sequence is the best! I want someone to dance like that with me!) and Moulin Rouge.
Mine's a Samsung (Reality? At least I think that's the name. I actually couldn't remember until I saw this post and it doesn't say anywhere on my phone). I've had it for two years and aside from a few issues with purse-dialing people (fixed by getting a new purse) it's all good.
I haven't owned a scale in years, and I don't miss it. I just focus on eating well and getting exercise a few times a week. It's so much better without stepping on a scale each day and having a dumb little machine make or break how you feel about yourself.
Huh. That kitten has my flirting technique.
I was once on antibiotics while recovering from strep when I got bored and cut my hair. Turned out surprisingly okay but I've never had the courage to replicate the experience.
I'm scrolling through the Twitter meltdown right now, and my skin is crawling.
Oh god, the Loki appearance. Pretty sure my ovaries are still recovering.
I suspect he is some sort of worlock.
