Oh, Hiddles. Just when I think I'm out, you do something amazing/dorky/sexy/adorable and I'm pulled right back in.

Oh man, I went to a screening of The Room a few years ago with some friends. Probably one of the worst movies/best viewing experiences I've had.

Okay Rifftrax/MSTie Jezzies! I have a $5 certificate for Rifftrax and I'm looking for recs on which riffs I should spend it on. I've already got Star Trek 09, Thor, and the Avengers. I also really enjoy the shorts, and figure I could get a few. I'm partial to the educational/safety/drugs are bad ones in particular.

Yeah, I'm worried about Thor 2, since it seems she's being thrust into more of a damsel in distress type situation. Plus, frankly, I thought the love interest angle was the least interesting aspect of her character. I like Jane, but I don't think Natalie Portman and Chris Hemsworth had much on-screen chemistry. Gimme

The L Word (well, seasons 1-4 at any rate). I've had issues with the show's writing, but the emphasis on the bond between a group of women and lesbian relationships without the heterosexual male gaze was really refreshing to see.

I'm not proud of this, but I once defended Schwyzer back when the whole revelation about his past came about. Honestly it was mostly just that part of me really wants to to believe that people can overcome their pasts. However, I've since revised my opinion because, well, he never actually seemed all particularly

Being stalked is one of my greatest fears, and something that's always in the back of my mind whenever I'm out in public. The worst part is, I work in a public library and the thought that simply being nice and helping a patron could be enough to lead to a years-long nightmare gets to me. Anyone else here working in

Nice! I considered a tiny Loki but that seemed like a bad idea. He'd probably do annoying things like hide my keys and mess with the A/C.

Oh yeah, I've definitely been the "ugly one" in just about every friendship I've had. Actually, though, in my case it's had more to do with being shy while my other friends are more outgoing and talkative. Hell, even my MARRIED friends get more attention when we go out than I do, wedding ring and all. And yeah, I feel

Pocket!Chekhov could be fun. He'd point out everything that was invented in Russia.

Tim Gunn is the best! I wish he could be summoned any time I needed a pep talk.

So, if you could have a pocket-sized version of any fictional character to take with you as you go about your day, who would it be and why? I'd go with Scotty because he'd be like an on-the-go drinking buddy, could help me fix things, and be all Scottish and adorable.

*Hugs* I'm sorry things didn't work out the way you were hoping. But kudos for letting him know how you feel. I'm sure he appreciates the honesty, too. Things may be awkward or painful for awhile, but the sting of rejection will fade.

The face on the talking vibe puts me in mind of Tim Curry.

From the way they're positioned, it looks like the two tentacles are about to high-five. I am unsettled.

When I have dreams like this, it usually involves me scrambling to get to the bus stop, trying to figure out WHERE I get the bus and hoping I'm not late. But I'm my current age and eventually realize it's silly for me to be getting on a school bus.

When I used to work retail, I'd have dreams of endless piles of clothes pouring out of the fitting rooms and never being able to keep them clear.

Yeah, there was an article on Cracked recently about this very topic. Evidently teeth falling out represents our fear of mortality.

Throughout most of my life, I've had on and off recurring dreams about being chased by dinosaurs. They involved usually two velociraptors and one t-rex. I'm running around a suburban neighborhood. Sometimes there are other people, sometimes I'm alone. But it always ends with me being chased into a small space like a
